Lucky Charm

Anna June wore this awesome outfit yesterday. It was hand made by Aunt Beth's mom, Cheryl. We are blown away by how well it fits, how great it looks, and how special it is.

While none of us actually went to the game, AJ's granddaddy wants her to wear it every time UAB plays - they won yesterday!

OKAY, THIS IS PRETTY COOL! How did Beths' Mom find "Blaze" embroider -ons?? ( I don't know what they are called) The fabric even suggests dragon skin !! ( at least , to me !) And , is that a purse w/ it ? Or a big pocket? Sigh. Don't you just HATE talented people??

You know I don't 'hate her!!! It' really well done!! KUDOS!!!

Cheryl has an embroidery machine, and she downloaded UAB's logo and the machine was able to stitch it. How cool is that?

Yes, it is a purse.

Yes, we are blown away by her talent. She needs to be selling these babies, but the copyright police may get mad.

One day we just opened the drawer and the front fell off. I didn't realize the photo captured that - I'm so used to seeing it off now. We've taken the drawer to AJ's Granddaddy in hopes that someone can fix it with the right equipment and space.

Some of those drawers are lost causes once they are broken--they'll never hold again. what you COULD do,is take the bottom of the drawer off the rest of it, paint it same or contrasting color , slide it back in, and yo have an instant book shelf,. !

That is a great idea. I am still hoping it will work, though. We really need the drawer space.
